Michelle has been an active supporter of the Lake Oswego High School Speech and Debate Team for many years and has been privileged to serve as a speech and debate judge and chaperone at numerous OSAA Speech and Debate tournaments. She judged at the National Speech and Debate Association (formerly National Forensic League) National Tournaments in Indianapolis, Indiana (2012) and Birmingham, Alabama (2013).

Michelle Lentzner began practicing intellectual property and employment law in Silicon Valley over twenty years ago. Following a brief stint as a litigator with a Bay Area insurance defense firm, Michelle joined a New York-based law firm as an associate in its Palo Alto office. While in Silicon Valley, she advised large and small businesses about constantly evolving employment laws, represented employers both in court and at administrative agency hearings, and assisted clients in protecting their trade secrets, copyrights and trademarks.
